At the helm of Marine Element is founder Troy Kennedy (pictured 4th from the left), who brings over 25 years of expertise from high-profile yachting teams, including America’s Cup and Grand Prix racing.​​
​Throughout his career, Troy observed recurring challenges on even the newest racing yachts, sparking his passion in finding innovative and creative solutions. In 2011, he established Marine Element with the mission of developing products that enhance yacht performance, streamline operations, and promote a more enjoyable on-board experience - reducing swearing by up to 22% (results may vary!).
