Marine Element Pty Ltd do not offer a refund for any goods or services purchased. However, we are happy to offer an exchange, or store credit if our products do not meet expectations if the goods are returned unused and in the same condition they were originally recieved.

Due to the customised nature of our products please contact us for current lead times and delivery dates. On a stocked or finalised product, delivery is expected to be made within 7-14 working days (within Australia) and 14-30 working days (Internationally) from the date of shipment.

If express delivery is required, please request and an additional cost will be charged.
